Web based inventory software MDAI

The starting point

The client wanted all fire station stock to be registered as necessary regarding use-by dates and servicing cycles, which had become mandatory due to legislation prescribing inventory.

The solution

Sunny Systems developed a web based software beyond pure material management. With the help of barcodes, machines and inventory were registered and assigned to product groups. Each station receives an overview of the inventory, upcoming servicing dates (for gas masks etc.) and material renewal.

The success

The software offers a complete search function and merges seamlessly with existing stock- and management programmes. The software can be used across Europe for stations with 5 to 40 vehicles. The flexible structure allows an adjustment to other organisations with security tasks.
