The starting point

The countries of the HP-Europe group used different systems for the administration of events (such as trade fairs, product presentations). An application for the entire region was to be developed, which could be used by all marketing departments, as well as external event agencies.

The solution

Sunny Systems developed a multilingual editorial system, as well as an admin tool which allowed staff, partners and clients to present and manage events through the inter- and intranet.

The success

Thanks to the new systems, financial savings were made, and other important goals were reached, such as unified reporting and automated integration into an existing CRM system. The circle of users is continually expanding: The Middle American region is already using the tool, USA, Canada and Asia are planned.
